Antoine Bourdelle<\/h3>\n

\n Antoine Bourdelle is a major figure in French sculpture of the early XX\u1d49 century. A pupil of Alexandre Falgui\u00e8re and assistant to Rodin, he embodied the artistic transition between academicism and the modernist avant-garde. Born in Montauban, he showed an early talent for sculpture and, after studying in Toulouse, moved to Paris to develop his unique style. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n \n \n

Daniel Buren<\/h3>\n

\n Daniel Buren is a major figure in international contemporary art. Renowned for his site-specific work, he conceives his creations in interaction with the places they occupy. Based in Barcelona’s Sants district, the duo specialize in murals, installations and illustrations, influenced by popular culture and graphic design. Their artistic approach is distinguished by an ongoing quest for innovation, where the aesthetics, techniques and materials chosen always serve to amplify the underlying message of each work. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n \n \n
